Haven’t had such horrific restlessness in ages, and I shall blame it on the long “holiday” away from actual school and lessons. I sat through nearly every lesson dreading it as the time ticked by ever so slowly. For lasting me through the day, I thank God so very much for his sustenance, and providing friends to pull me through what seemed like such a long long day.

“The Sovereign LORD has given me an instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being taught.” Isaiah 50:4
Somehow, reading this struck me as a stark reminder that it is He that awakens me morning by morning, that the many simple things in life, is God-given, and only through His amazing grace, we have a new day to look forward to.

One thing to be happy about surely, is that I am finally released of any activity requiring long hours spent in school (ie: choir!). And for that, it’s through His grace I get to steal some time catching up on sleep and feed on His Word.

Why is it always so easy to sing, yet forget the significance behind our singing? So very often, we lose the meaning behind the song, we forget who and for what purpose we do the things we do. Creatures of habit, sadly. ROUTINEROUTINEROUTINE.

 There is none like You. Indeed, there can never be and will never be another one like God, who can touch my heart like He can.

Love so amazing, so divine, demands my soul, my life, my all.
